1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using corepeopleandsafety.com, CORE Hub, CORE AI, or any other tool, form or service provided by CORE People & Safety Pty Ltd ("CORE", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or tools.

2. Who we are

CORE is an Australian integrated HR and workplace health and safety (WHS) consultancy, based in Upper Coomera, Queensland, providing services nationally. Our platform includes CORE Hub (management system), CORE AI (AI assistant and policy builder), CORE Learn (training hub), CORE Tools (toolkits and guides), CORE Docs (templates and forms) and CORE Advice (advisor support).

3. Using our website and tools

You agree to use our website and tools only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, CORE Hub accounts belonging to others, or any non-public area of our website;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract content without our written permission;
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes another party's rights; or
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website, CORE AI, or CORE Hub.

We may suspend or restrict access for any user who breaches these terms.

4. General information, not professional advice

Every business's circumstances differ, and Australian employment and WHS law changes over time. Before acting (or not acting) on any matter affecting your business, you should obtain advice specific to your situation through a formal CORE engagement, or from a qualified legal or WHS practitioner.

5. CORE AI

CORE AI provides automated guidance and can help generate draft policies, procedures and form templates based on information you provide about your business. CORE AI outputs are a starting point only. They are generated based on general patterns and the information you input, may not account for your specific enterprise agreement, Modern Award, industry regulation or workplace history, and should be reviewed — and, for anything consequential, verified with a CORE consultant or other qualified professional — before you rely on or implement them.

We are not liable for outcomes arising from unreviewed use of CORE AI-generated content.

6. Business Health Check & Cost Calculator

Our free Business Health Check and Cost Calculator tools provide indicative, general-purpose results based on the limited information you enter. They are designed to highlight potential areas of focus and provide a rough cost estimate, and do not constitute a formal audit, compliance assessment, or binding quote. A tailored, accurate assessment or quote requires a proper engagement or consultation with CORE.

7. Client engagements

Where you engage CORE for HR or WHS consulting services, the specific scope, fees, deliverables and responsibilities of each party will be set out in a separate services agreement or proposal. In the event of any inconsistency between these website Terms of Service and a signed services agreement, the services agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the CORE name and logo, and the design of CORE Hub, CORE AI, CORE Learn, CORE Tools and CORE Docs — is owned by or licensed to CORE and protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law. You may view and download free resources for your own internal business use, but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites (such as the Fair Work Ombudsman, Safe Work Australia, or the OAIC) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party sites.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORE excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, free tools or CORE AI, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to the re-supply of the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CORE against any claim, loss or damage arising from your misuse of our website or tools, your breach of these terms, or your reliance on general website content or CORE AI output without appropriate professional verification for a consequential decision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
